We are currently hiring for a Senior Product Designer to work on a fully remote basis in Malta, to join a product design team and help shape the future of the company’s product experiences.
Responsibilities:
- To take ownership of the full product design lifecycle from research and ideation to delivery
- To plan and implement new designs and features baked on industry standards
- To collaborate with the Product Management team to shape the team’s roadmap turning user insights and business needs into solutions through a process of rapid exploration, product discover and delivery
- To create design concepts through sketches, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- To embrace design thinking, agile and lean design principles
- To create empathy maps/ journey maps / and user flows that will illustrate touchpoints, processes, and product functions
- To both facilitate and participate in design and discovery workshops
- To plan and undertake qualitative research working with the UX Research team to build a stronger understanding of user behaviour and motivation
- To collaborate and work with the Dev and QA teams to validate design solutions and those specifications are implemented properly
- To communicate design solutions to the team and stakeholders
- To measure the impact of design changes on both user and business goals
- To collaborate with the Design team to help
evolve and refine the design system and to ensure that visual cohesion and
engineering efficiency is across all user touch points
Qualifications / experience:
- A design related degree
- 4 +years’ experience within a Product Design role
- Have worked with complex products successfully
- Exp with tools such as Figma /Invision/ Zeplin/Framer/ Principle
- Strong Product Design skills to include UX Research / UX and UI Design across both web and mobile platforms
- Solid understanding of user centred design
- Experience of usability and accessibility
- Experience of tackling complex problems and identifying risks
- Experience of working in a multi functional product team
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to prioritise between various projects at any one time
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills
- Experience of presenting and communicating with stakeholders
- Team player with a positive attitude who is self motivated
- Experience within the gaming industry or design affiliate sites would be a bonus
- A strong portfolio of product design showcasing
the full end to end design process
