We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our clients award winning Design Team and work across projects for SaaS products used worldwide.
This exciting role will be part of a large team where collaboration and culture are key and will play an important role in working across the UX for the company’s flagship product using both design thinking methods and user research to provide the best user experience.
Responsibilities:
- To work closely with the product team to design , build and bring new areas of the product to market
- To understand all tech limitations behind your designs and be able to work with architecture to solve any complex problems
- To collaborate with the Research team to ensure that the correct qualitative and quantitative insights have been gathered for every project that is necessary
- To play a key role in influencing stakeholders to make informed decisions and understand both design impact and visions
- To work and collaborate with other designers in the team
- To be an advocate for the Design System and be able to add value regarding developing this
- To be able to present design standards , methodologies and the delivery of product features through working within an agile environment
- To facilitate and workshops
- To help other designers solve any problems
- To Design responsive, accessible and scalable solutions
- To work on other key initiatives related to the Product Design Team goals
- To mentor and give guidance to more junior designers
Experience / Skills / Qualifications:
- A Design related Degree
- A strong portfolio of works showing your rationale behind your designs
- 4+ years exp as a Product Designer / UI UX Designer
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Strong Design Thinking experience
- Full Product Design experience of full lifecycle to include some Research / Ui and UX skills
- Team player
- Mentoring/ Guidance skills useful
- Facilitating workshops
- Ability to solve complex issues
